1. Provider and scope

Velura presents independently working models online and forwards inquiries to the respective models. Velura does not itself provide any personal services and is not a party to any agreement between a user and a model.

3. Non-binding content

Profiles, photos, descriptions, availability, locations and other information on the website are for information and initial contact only. They are non-binding and subject to individual confirmation with the relevant model. We give no guarantee of completeness, accuracy or timeliness.

4. Inquiries

An inquiry made through the website is not a binding offer. Velura is not obliged to forward an inquiry, accompany it, or guarantee that it leads to an arrangement. We may decline inquiries, in particular where information is incomplete or these terms are violated.

5. Communication and forwarding

Velura may provide organisational support for communication between user and model. In doing so we make no statements of our own regarding the content, formation or performance of any personal service, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

6. Prices and conditions

Information on rates, minimum booking durations, travel costs and other conditions are indicative only. What matters is solely what is agreed individually between user and model.

7. Payments

Velura does not accept payments on behalf of models and is neither a payment service nor a trustee. Payments are made exclusively between user and model. Any claims arising from payments, refunds or reductions exist only between those two parties.

8. Formation of an agreement

Any agreement regarding personal services is formed exclusively between user and model. Velura owes neither the formation nor the performance nor any particular outcome of such an agreement.

9. Changes, cancellations and no-shows

Changes, cancellations, postponements or no-shows concern only the relationship between user and model. Velura's organisational support creates no obligation on Velura's part to provide compensation.

10. User obligations

The website may only be used in accordance with applicable law. Information provided in inquiries must be truthful. Personal data or non-public information about models or other parties must not be shared or published without their consent. Manipulating or misusing the website is prohibited.

11. Minimum age and territorial scope

The website is intended exclusively for adults in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. By using the website, users confirm that they are of legal age.

12. Data protection

13. Availability and changes

14. Final provisions

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction: Wiener Neustadt.
